It uses fresh ingredients like fruit and spinach alongside protein powder, honey, juice, and peanut butter to create a uniquely cohesive flavor that will also leave you feeling full while on the go. As a bonus, it’s easily customizable —  you can experiment with fruit and juice combinations to find the perfect one for you. Alternatives may include strawberries and bananas or blueberries and raspberries. For a plant-based version, use a vegan protein powder.

Strawberry Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder or 1 scoop Truvani Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder (your favorite protein powder will do)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • A few leaves of spinach
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup diet cranberry juice (depending on your desired thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the blender:
    Add the frozen strawberries, blueberries, protein powder, honey, PB2, spinach, and diet cranberry juice.
  2. Blend until smooth:
    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more cranberry juice if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
